MEET THE CREW
WELL EXPERIENCED & RENOWNED STAFF
At The Fresh Air Foundation, it is vital that we have staff here to take care of you. We don’t want just anyone working at our center. That is why we are very selective.
When we started the hiring process, we wanted to make sure we only hired the best. That means every one of our staff is caring, intelligent, and goal oriented. That goal is to help you get the treatment you need.
We were selective in the type of personality we hired. Not everyone is capable of remaining sensitive, positive and motivated during this process. It’s important to find those who don’t give up and see the good in everyone.
Empathy is a required trait of a specialist in drug addiction treatment.
Many of the people we hired have been through recovery themselves. If not that then they have stood with a loved one as they went through rehabilitation. It is important for us to work altogether and to make this environment healthy.
We take notes from tried and true methods of addiction treatment. We have a huge team of abuse counselors, psychiatrists, and experienced administrative staff.
Our treatment programs focus on the mind, body, and spirit. All three are necessary for a full recovery process. We have in house counselors of the spiritual for those who wish to foster their connection to God.
We know that drug and alcohol addiction is not how your life is meant to be. There is more to this world than your suffering. That is why we all join together with a purpose. That purpose is to help you rediscover yours.
We focus on your needs and figure out what you want and how to get there. No one leaves the Fresh Air Foundation wanting. Instead, they leave confident that they have the tools to succeed.
The quality of our team is excellent and unrivaled. We are dedicated to your recovery process. No one can best the care we give.
